I'm a research assistant at the University of British Columbia, and working on making CdTe solar cells. We are interested in purchasing CdTe crystals, and would appreciate more detail on your product. Specifically, we're interested in thickness of the substrates, the level of p-doping, price, orientation and if there is any polishing on the surface. Any other detail you can provide will also be appreciated. Please let me know.
