properties which make it promising for use in fabrication of various optical
components as well as substrate material for magneto ?optical films and high ?
Standard products: wafers and substrates with sizes from 10 x 10 mm to dia. 76.2 mm, thickness 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm, one side or both sides polished 20/10 S/D,  or  cut. Other products are available on request.
